That’s why I created Beyond Belly—a monthly membership designed to help you feel good, connect deeply, and have a damn good time doing it.

Bear Body

Monthly mobility class with Roy Belzer. All skills and levels welcome. Come stretch and move your body in a way that feels good to you. Class at 6pm ET once per month.

Bear Mind

Bi-weekly meditation classes with Joline, our mama bear. It’s a guided meditation so no experience needed. Classes at 8pm ET on Mondays.

Sense of Community

Two 1-hour community meetings per month. One will be focused on fun and bonding (think trivia or arts and crafts), the other will be a discussion led by Coach Cub to help us open up and share about our life experiences.

FAQs

  • While nothing is mandatory, we encourage you to attend as many classes and events as you can — that’s where the magic happens! Try to create a routine that includes our offerings, and add them to your calendar so they become part of your week. Don’t hesitate to talk to us, ask questions, or share how you're feeling — we’re here for you. And most importantly, be open to trying new things, even classes that might seem outside your comfort zone. You might be surprised at what resonates with you!

  • We get it — life happens! When possible, we’ll record classes and make the replays available so you can watch them later. However, not all classes will be recorded, so we recommend attending live when you can to get the full experience and connection.

  • Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time, and if you decide to come back later, you’re always welcome — no penalties or reactivation fees. This space is here when you need it, whether that's now or sometime in the future.

  • We have a Facebook wall and a group chat where members connect, share, and support one another. You’re also welcome to reach out to us anytime. Beyond the virtual space, we host in-person classes in NYC, retreats in the U.S. and Portugal, and an annual gathering somewhere in the U.S. These are beautiful opportunities to build deeper connections and be in community together.

  • All classes will be listed in Eastern Standard Time (local NYC time).

    We will vary the start times as best we can, but expect classes between 5-pm ET.
